I have tried to use this gadget, but it does not seem to work. I have monitored this for over 12 hours and it does not show any new orders, even when new orders are coming in.

I have tried both of the following (substituting "myname" and "mydomain"):

URL: https://store.mydomain.com/net/WebService.aspx

URL: https://store.mydomain.com/net/WebService.aspx?&API_Name=Generic\Orders

And, for the rest, my own settings:

Email: myname@mydomain.com

Login: the encrypted email address found via INVENTORY -> Import/Export -> Volusion API -> Instant Help -> Volusion API Integration Help -> Generic Orders -> URL with Query String and General Information for Importing and Exporting

Seconds: 300 (5 minutes)

New orders have came in, but the Google Gadget only updates with the following information:

[blank] [blank]

Please provide assistance.
